Tell Puja what's going on and she will tell you honestly whether she can help.

How much water should I drink a day?

A common rule of thumb is 35 ml for every kg you weigh, plus 350 ml for every 30 minutes of exercise. It is not an exact need:

  • heat, illness and pregnancy all change it
  • tea, milk, dal and fruit count too

If you have heart or kidney problems, ask your doctor how much to drink.

How this works

It starts at 35 ml for every kg you weigh and adds 350 ml for every 30 minutes of exercise. That's a common rule of thumb, not an exact need: heat, illness and pregnancy all change it, and tea, milk, dal and fruit count too. If you have heart or kidney problems, ask your doctor how much to drink.

A number is a starting point, not a plan. On a free call, Puja looks at it with your reports and your routine.
