What this site collects
This site has one form, for booking a free call, and no cookies, ads or analytics.
The booking form asks for your name and phone number, and optionally what you'd like help with, your city, the best time to call and a note. It doesn't send anything itself: it writes those details into a WhatsApp message to me, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
WhatsApp messages
When you tap "Ask a quick question", or send the booking form through WhatsApp, your own WhatsApp opens with a message ready to send.
- Some of those messages name a health topic, such as PCOS or diabetes.
- Nothing is sent until you press send.
- WhatsApp is run by Meta, so your messages travel through WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- On my side, messages and weekly check-ins are read by me and my team.
Calculators, fonts and hosting
The calculators work entirely inside your browser. The numbers you type into them are never sent anywhere or stored by this site.
Fonts and hosting
The fonts are stored on this site itself, so opening a page doesn't contact Google or any other font service.
Like any website, the company that hosts these pages may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address and the page you opened.
If you become a client
If you become a client, I'll ask for your health reports and an assessment form so I can build your plan.
- That information is used only to make and adjust your plan, and it is read by me and my team.
- I don't share it with anyone else unless you ask me to, for example with your doctor.
Under 18, and clients outside India
If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact me for you.
I work from India. If you live outside India, your information is handled from India in the same way as everyone else's.
Deleting your information, and complaints
If you'd like me to delete anything you've sent me, message me on WhatsApp or email poshanlabs.official@gmail.com and I'll do it.
