Good to know

  • Methi seeds are a kitchen spice, used a spoon at a time in tadkas and pickles, and soaked overnight for methi water.
  • Larger amounts can bring sugar down on top of diabetes medicine and aren't considered safe in pregnancy (NCCIH).
  • Keep methi water a small habit, not a treatment, and never change a medicine because of it.
